Facelift for Hospital Group
Cosmetic surgery provider The Hospital Group has restructured its shareholder base as an alternative to seeking venture capital. The company, based at Dolan Park near Bromsgrove, is projecting a 12.5 per cent increase in turnover in the next 12 months. Having considered seeking investment through venture capital, The Hospital Group chose to remain independent. In parallel with the restructuring, the company also increased its debt facilities after moving its banking to Barclays. Chief executive David Ross said: "The Hospital Group is now in a strong position to control its own agenda for future development."
