Artifex deal brings music to Derby
Media production company Artifex Studios has set up a studio in Derby.
The deal, secured by Innes England, comes after Artifex was set up by director Ash Stanley in May.
Stanley has been developing the business with 11 staff and has now clinched a 3,175 sq ft studio at unit five of the Prime Industrial Park.
He has also secrued planning permission for a multi-use dance school, photographic and recording studio at the site.
Stanley said: "Since we first created Artifex earlier this year, we have been trying to find the perfect location for our studio.
"The unit on Prime Industrial Park is ideal. Our new location is only a 10 minute trip from train station, making it really convenient."
Prime Industrial Park is a modern estate of 11 units ranging in size from 1,770 sq ft to 8,611 sq ft.
