The Kitchen Lab trades in Arnold
Nottingham-based The Kitchen Lab is to open its first retail outlet.
The bespoke bedroom fitter and designer has taken a six-year lease at 15 Front Street in Arnold following the deal which involved FHP Property Consultants.
The deal is subject to three-yearly rent reviews at a headline rent of £15,000 per year. It comes after The Kitchen Lab has been trading for 15 months from warehouse accommodation.
Alan Pearson, of FHP, said: "I am delighted to have secured The Kitchen Lab on competitive terms, which completed within three weeks of instructing solicitors."
Michael Wilson, of the Kitchen Lab, added: "We will commence trading from the 5 January 2012 and we're really excited about the future of the Kitchen Lab."
