Harrison Clark advises £70m of deals
The healthcare team at Worcester-based law firm Harrison Clark has completed more than £70m worth of deals in 2011.
Deals included disposals to Sovereign Capital and August Equity as well as acquisitions in the health and social care sector.
Harrison Clark also has operations in Hereford and Ross-on-Wye as well as a serviced office in Birmingham.

Harrison Clark merged with Ross-on-Wye-based Shawcross & Co earlier this year. The firm now has 206 staff and partners across four main offices.
