Dalepak moves onto Prologis Park
Distribution company Dalepak has leased 139,000 sq ft of space at Northampton's Prologis Park Pineham.
Based in Northampton, Dalepak supplies logistics services for customers across the UK. The Prologis Park site will become the company's headquarters.
"With this agreement, Prologis Park Pineham is now fully leased and only one building remains in our UK development portfolio," said Philip Dunne, president of US-based property operator Prologis Europe.
Gary White, Dalepak's joint managing director, added: "The decision to move into this new Prologis building is a tremendous step forward for our business," said. "We already have a skilled workforce and highly sophisticated technology. Now we have the building to match."
Prologis operates about 22 million sq ft of space in the UK, with an additional, as well as 1,075 acres of land available for future development.
