£9m Bromsgrove scheme launched
Regeneration partnership PxP West Midlands has launched the first phase of the £9m speculative industrial development at Bromsgrove Technology Park in Worcestershire.
Bromsgrove Council leader Councillor Roger Hollingworth officially opened Sapphire Court, which comprises 13 commercial units targeted at local entrepreneurial companies.
PxP West Midlands has also announced that one of the units had already been let to Euro Foods, with another unit under offer.
Councillor Hollingworth said: "PxP West Midlands has demonstrated tremendous vision to deliver a development of this quality in the current market.
"It is one of the first speculative developments to be completed in the entire West Midlands since the economic downturn, so I am very proud that the £9m investment is being ploughed into Bromsgrove."
