BGF moves into 45 Church Street
The Business Growth Fund has moved into a 5,000 sq ft office on the 11th floor of Birmingham's iconic 45 Church Street building.
The fund, which is an equity investment company designed to provide £2.5bn to small and medium-sized businesses, has signed a ten-year lease on the space.
The deal was brokered by joint agents DTZ and GBR Phoenix Beard on behalf of Standard Life Investments.
Matt Long of DTZ said that 45 Church Street offers "unrivalled city centre accommodation".
"A high quality and contemporary finish with flexible work space in a prestigious location has meant the scheme has attracted a number of high-profile national and international occupiers in the finance and professional services sector," he said.
Other occupiers at the building include Coutts & Co, Mazars, Liberty Mutual Insurance Europe, Jones Lang LaSalle and Hyman Robertson.
