FHP close to Steps sale
Property agency FHP has revealed it is in negotiations to sell The Steps on Plumptre Square in The Lace Market, Nottingham.
The announcement comes after FHP let a unit in the development to residential management company NEST.
Mark Tomlinson, surveyor at FHP, said: "I am delighted that we achieved this letting, NEST already look well settled and their quality fit out really breathes new life into the scheme. I am sure that other businesses will follow their lead and look to capitalise on the prominence of the location and the competitive rental terms on offer.
"We are close to achieving a sale of the whole development and the new investors plan an extensive refurbishment programme to enhance the space on offer."
The Steps is a mixture of office and retail units located close to the Capital FM arena in Nottingham city centre.
