KSA takes on East Mids manager
Recovery specialist KSA Group has recruited a new regional manager for the East Midlands.
George Davis takes on the role, working with small businesses across the region which face the prospect of administration or liquidation.
He will focus on advising company directors facing financial difficulties on the options available to them.
Davis said: "Going into administration or liquidation is not the only option if a business faces difficulty. Even if the business is technically insolvent it can continue to trade whilst a deal is put together to pay back creditors over an agreed timetable."
KSA specialises in putting together Company Voluntary Arrangements for companies facing financial difficulty.
Keith Steven, KSA Group's managing director, said: "In the current economic climate, the pressure on businesses and directors is considerable. When difficulties start to mount it is essential that company officers act to take advice as early as possible.
