Lodge Farm reaches full capacity
LaSalle Investment Management has fully let the Lodge Farm industrial estate in Northampton.
The property management company has completed five leases in the past two years at the estate.
Leases have been agreed for a combined area of over 120,000 sq ft with terms of between three and five years.
The industrial estate is located three miles to the northwest of Northampton.
Edd Fitch, associate director at LaSalle Investment Management, said: "These lettings demonstrate LaSalle’s ability to attract tenants in a challenging market and we are grateful for the work carried out by our agents, Bidwells and Lambert Smith Hampton in securing these."
