Share | |

Business advisory firm Jelf Clarke Roxburgh has signed a deal on 13,000 sq ft of office space at Apex Park in Worcester.

Jelf Clarke Roxburgh, which provides businesses and individuals with advice on insurance, employee benefits, healthcare and financial planning, is taking the whole of Apex 1. The office building comes with 50 car parking spaces and has been taken on a 15-year lease with no break.

It is one of four buildings on the first phase of the 8.5-acre site developed by A& J Mucklow.

Phas two of the site is currently in the outline planning consent stages, requesting the design and build of up to 155,000 sq ft of additional office space.

Other tenants at Apex Park include Nexus Housing Association, NDC Consultants and Ludlow Thompson, with GVA and Harris Lamb acting as joint agents on the scheme.

Justin Parker, managing director of A&J Mucklow, said: "The last few months have been reasonably slow for the regional market, so it is exceptionally pleasing to see the completion of deals such as this, which represents both a significant transaction in its own right and the largest letting of new office space along this section of the M5 corridor this year."
