Arc Business Centre opens its doors
A new business centre has opened up in Market Harborough after an 11-month development process.
Arc Business Centre, which comprises four open plan offices, is located next to the Archway House Natural Health Centre.
The centre was built and renovated under the control of owners Stella and Alec Welton.
"We live and work on site and feel that it is really important that whoever takes the units is really happy here, so they have been built to the highest spec possible," said Alec.
"The centre’s pleasant rural location, combined with the convenience of its proximity to Market Harborough and major transport routes such as the M1 and M6, make it a very attractive proposition for businesses."
The four open plan offices are located over two floors. Sizes range from 1,115 sq ft to 1,250 sq ft.
Leicestershire estate agency and chartered surveyor Andrew Granger & Co is the appointed agent on the scheme.
