PxP completes speculative Sapphire scheme
Regeneration company PxP West Midlands has completed the first phase of its £9m industrial development at Bromsgrove Technology Park, Worcestershire.
Sapphire Court is one of the first speculative developments to be completed in the West Midlands since the economic downturn and is the largest project undertaken by PxP West Midlands to date.
It features 13 industrial units totalling 35,550 sq ft. They have all secured BREEAM ‘Very Good’ ratings and range from 1,402 to 5,378 sq ft.
Additional hard standing and roads have also be laid around the 6.4 acre site in preparation for future phases. When completed, the scheme will comprise 98,000 sq ft of industrial land.
PxP West Midlands is a private-public partnership between developer Langtree and the Homes and Communities Agency.
Mark Stapleton, managing director at PxP West Midlands, said: "We are marketing these properties for lease and sale and are pleased to be already in negotiations with a number of interested parties.
"We also have outline planning consent for design and build opportunities up to 40,500 sq ft and look forward to also bringing forward these bespoke properties as we further enrich the Technology Park’s business community."
