Pathway Care grows with investment
A Nottingham care home business has created 20 jobs and is planning to open up new sites after securing a funding line from Lloyds TSB Commercial.
Pathway Care Solutions operates ten homes for children and adults with severe learning disabilities across the East Midlands and South Yorkshire.
The company, which currently employs 162 people and is based at St James's Terrace in Nottingham, has recently recruited 20 new members of staff and plans to open further homes over the next 12 months.
Pathway obtained an undisclosed loan from the bank to fund its growth plans and extend its range of training services.
The company was recently visited by Lillian Greenwood, MP for Nottingham South, after providing "outstanding" levels of care to its residents.
Mike Khouri-Bent, director at Pathway Care Solutions, said: "We offer small and dedicated homes that are exceptionally well run, and I am pleased that the Independent Care Homes Association, the government and our local MP have recognised this.
"We are an ambitious company but the focus is sustainable, responsible growth to ensure all of our residents receive the very best care."
