Shellard unveils new property consultancy
A former managing director of property agency CBRE has co-founded a new company.
Julian Shellard, previously managing director of CBRE regions, has joined forces with Peter Burford to create Shellard Burford Consultants
The pair will advise companies and individuals with property investment portfolios, land banks and development portfolios. They will work out of Birmingham, London and Oxford.
Shellard and Burford most recently worked together for two years as consultants at the Birmingham office of Lambert Smith Hampton.
At CBRE, Shellard managed more than 400 surveyors throughout the UK. He was responsible for establishing the original CBRE office in Birmingham, having been in London for nearly 20 years.
He said: "Our services will be tailored to those clients who require original thinking and innovative solutions, and we also anticipate being involved in business re-engineering advice in these rapidly changing times."
