Larkfleet Homes scoops European title
Bourne-based housebuilder Larkfleet Homes has been named Best Developer in Northern Europe.
The company, which is part of the Larkfleet Group, was handed the accolade at the Overseas Property Professional (OPP) Industry Awards.
Larkfleet’s winning entry focused on its Stable Yard development set in the outskirts of Oakham in Rutland, which comprises one-, two- and three-bedroom properties.
The company specialises in providing energy-efficient housing across the East of England.
