DAC Beachcroft merger goes live today
The merger of law firms Beachcroft and Davies Arnold Cooper is to complete today (31 October 2011) creating a £175m-turnover business.
The firm, to be known as DAC Beachcroft, will have 230 partners and 2,000 members of staff.
There are offices in Birmingham, Bristol, Leeds, Manchester, Newcastle, Newport, Winchester and London.
They will add to international bases in the Republic of Ireland, Mexico, New Zealand, Singapore and Spain.
Robert Moss, a regional senior partner at the firm, told Insider: "It's fantastic. It makes a big difference to the firm as a whole and we can describe ourselves as a global business."
The enlarged firm will also have international associations being a member of the Harmonie Group of law firms and will join links in Brazil, Chile and India.
