Property sales have totalled £2.5m at agent Savills' latest auction at Nottingham Racecourse.
More than 30 properties were on offer, including a mixed residential/commercial opportunity sold for £75,000 on Watson Road, Worksop.
A commercial investment at 30/32 Market Place, Huthwaite, fetched £90,000.
The former Lock Keepers home, a Victorian property in need of complete renovation, set on the Chesterfield canal at Babworth sold for £70,000.
Several residential sites were also snapped up including a two-bedroom flat in Winchester Court, Sherwood which went for £31,000.
Bob Crocker, Savills director and auction co-ordinator, said: "As we now approach our last sale of the year on 1 December, I am pleased to be able to announce continued interest by both buyers and sellers.
"Our recent auctions have seen a return to the room of purchasers looking to acquire a home, which has complemented the existing investment/commercial market and encouraged strong bidding."
