St Mods unveils future Etruria Valley plans
Birmingham developer St Modwen has submitted a planning application for the latest phase of its Etruria Valley development.
The proposals concern the development of 16 acres of the Etruria Valley Business Park located to the west of Forge Lane in Stoke-on-Trent.
Etruria Valley, which was recently given enterprise zone status, has been developed by St. Modwen since 1988. More than 1.35 million sq ft of office and commercial development as well as a retail park, leisure park, four-star star hotel, restaurants and housing have all been built on the site.
The latest application for planning was submitted on behalf of Stoke-on-Trent Regeneration and proposes a mix of office, manufacturing and storage properties.
Mike Herbert, regional director for St Modwen, said: “Etruria Valley has proven to be an extremely popular Business Park location and this latest phase will enable us to continue the creation of high quality employment spaces within this sustainable location.
"Etruria Valley has already proven itself to be a magnet for attracting inward investors and established local businesses and the latest phase will enable us to continue to drive new businesses and investment into the North Staffordshire region."
