Lloyds loan funds BS Burner move

Black Country combustion engineering company BS Burner Services has expanded and moved to new premises after gaining a six-figure loan from Lloyds TSB Commercial.

BS Burner Services, which specialises in the design, manufacture and installation of combustion equipment, has now completed a move from its old premises in Amblecote to a larger site on Wallows Industrial Estate in Brierley Hill this month.

The company said the move has allowed it to bring office staff and engineers onto one floor, while the site also provides space for making combustion equipment on site.

Lloyds TSB Commercial provided the undisclosed loan to allow the purchase of the new premises. Further professional support was also provided by David Chinn, partner of Dudley-based accountancy firm Worton Rock.

David Gorst, director at BS Burner Services, said: "The new premises have enabled us to bring together our workforce which makes for a far more efficient workplace. We now have the space to expand the business further and are pleased to have opened the new trade counter.

"The business has gone from strength to strength since I took over two years ago. The engineering industry is still thriving in the Black Country and we are proud to be a part of that."
