Lakeside House brought to market
The 101,000 sq ft Lakeside House in Northampton is being brought to market by property consultancy GVA.
GVA's agency team will let the site, which is located on The Lakes Business Park.
The four-storey office building is currently occupied by National Grid, which is undergoing a relocation programme within the Midlands. As a result, the site will be available from spring 2012.
There will be ten years remaining on the National Grid lease for Lakeside House, which can be assigned to the new occupiers.
Carl Potter, head of office agency for GVA, said: "The Lakes Business Park is highly regarded within Northampton and the wider area, and other tenants on the Park include Shoosmiths Solicitors and Northamptonshire County Council.
"Lakeside House was originally constructed as the headquarters building for Scottish & Newcastle pub company and it has a lot of presence and kerb appeal as a flagship building for the Business Park."
