Shakespeares leads Tangibal share deal
The Birmingham office of law firm Shakespeares has acted for digital media company Tangibal on its new share issue.
The Surrey-based company is aiming to raise money to fund its international market expansion.
Tangibal, which develops digital media networks for use in cinemas, was formed in 2008 and listed on the Frankfurt Stock Exchange a year later.
The company has announced the new share issue as part of a move to raise finance to expand in the UK, Germany and further afield.
Shakespeares' corporate finanace team advised the deal.
Keith Spedding, corporate finance partner at the firm, said: "This hi-tech company has been going from strength to strength since floating on the Frankfurt Stock Exchange and has recently secured additional license agreements with leisure venues in Germany and in the US.
"Having advised Tangibal from its early stages three years ago, it is good to see that the company is now raising funds to enable it to grow further."
