Parker Hannifin moves onto Pride Park
Manufacturer Parker Hannifin has taken a long-term lease on a 4,441 sq ft 4 Riverside Court office building on Pride Park in Derby.
The company supplies precision engineer solutions for the commercial, mobile, industrial and aerospace markets. The Derby office will be home to its Parker Aerospace team.
Jonathan Sayer of FHP Property Consultants, who completed the letting, said: "The recent letting to Parker Hannifin is particularly appealing. The office building delivered the correct balance of accommodation and storage, enabling Parker Hannifin to locate both their Parker Aerospace and Fluid Connector teams within the same building. I wish the Parker team all the best for their future in their new facility.”
