Morgan Tucker unveils growth plans

Nottingham-based consulting engineer Morgan Tucker has opened a new office in London and revealed plans to branch out further with a Manchester base.

The company said the move was due to several significant contract wins with clients in the south of England.

It has now opened an office close to Westminster Abbey and revealed it hoped to employ 200 members of staffing the next eight years by implementing a strategy to open multiple offices across the UK.

Morgan Tucker, which employs about 30 workers, said it now has its sights "firmly set" on Manchester for a third office location following project wins in the north west.

Managing director Matthew Tucker said: "Other organisations we are working with, and hence the reason for the new office, include Network Rail, Ashley House Plc, McArdle Group etc.

"Some of our existing larger established clients such as DB Schenker and Aggregate Industries are increasing their London presence and we want to make sure we are continuing to grow with them too."
