Chair's wife takes a seat on Notts County board
The wife of Notts County Football Club chairman Ray Trew has been named as a director of the company.
Aileen Trew will take a role on the board of directors in a further restructure to the club's management.
Last week, it was announced her husband Ray would take sole responsibility for the club after Jason Brewer and Luke Jones left their directoral positions to focus on their involvement with Nottingham Rugby Club.
Notts County said the move was a "mutually agreed restructure".
In her new role, Trew will aim to improve the relationship between Notts County and its supporters among other things, said the club.
Her appointment takes place with immediate effect.
