Duo move into Hortonwood
Two deals have been secured at Telford's Hortonwood Industrial Estate, including a letting of 72,245 sq ft to logistics company Amco Services (International).
Amco has taken Premier House, Hortonwood 7 on the site.
Barry Lumsden of the company said: "Amco is delighted to increase our presence in Telford. Our partnership agreement with Force Protection Europe has enabled us to finally put down firm roots in the area, bringing new employment and establishing another Amco third party logistics facility.
"We believe that the Telford catchment area will form a significant part of Amco's sustained and continued growth."
I2R Packaging has also taken 58,977 sq ft of space at the site.
I2R Packaging purchased the former UK Greetings facility at Hortonwood. It comprises two-storey offices and warehousing as well as a separate car park and access area is provided together with expansion land of around 0.57 acres (0.23 ha).
I2R manufactures a range of wrinkle-wall and smooth-wall semi-rigid aluminium foil containers used throughout the food industry.
Both transactions were advised by Bulleys Chartered Surveyors in Telford.
