Mansfield hotel deals for Colliers

A hotel in Mansfield has been sold by property company Colliers International.

The 20-bedroom Pine Lodge Hotel in the town was sold on behalf of private owners to new entrants to the hotel trade.

Two Yorkshire hotels were sold alonside the two-star site as part of the deal.

The hotels included the 35-bedroom Riverside Court Hotel in Sheffield city centre which was sold on behalf of the joint administrators at MCR.

Colliers International director Peter Bean, said: "There are buyers out there for all types and size of hotel business and deals will be concluded if the asking price is right.

"It is very encouraging to see new entrants successfully making their way into the industry and at the moment anyone seeking a new career has plenty of hotels to choose from at prices generally a good deal lower than the peak of a few years ago. a few years ago."
