Northgate invests in Grantham depot
Northgate Vehicle Hire is set to launch a one-acre 'super site' in Grantham.
The company, which specialises in vehicle hire and fleet solutions, said the depot would replace its existing workshop site in Long Bennington, rental location in Newark and current rental site in Grantham.
Northgate has invested £297,000 in the site, which includes a five-bay mechanical workshop, reception area, brake tester and valeting space.
David Howarth, Northgate Vehicle Hire’s regional manager, said: "The consolidation of the sites in and around Grantham to launch one super site will provide our customers with everything under one roof.
"The site was picked due to its accessibility and the facilities we could incorporate to cater for our growing fleet and the increasing demands of our customers."
The launch comes as part of Northgate's £1.5m investment in infrastructure, which began with a £300,000 redevelopment of its Glasgow site in August.
