Newark's Fernwood opens up
A new £13m business park has opened in Newark.
Fernwood Business Park, which was established by Gladman Developments, has currently attracted four occupiers.
Amalgam Training has taken the ground floor while three unnamed local businesses have also taken space within the development.
The site's offices will also feature 'hot desking' facilities, which involves several people sharing a desk at different times.
Chartered surveyor Hodgson Elkington is marketing the site.
Tom Elkington from the firm said: "Even in these extremely difficult market conditions we are confident, based on the current level of enquiries, that further lettings will be made in the not so distant future.
"The building is being offered on attractive terms and we encourage all business to have a look at what is available."
