Bamboo lays down roots in Worcester
Bamboo Marketing is set to create up to 80 new jobs after relocating to Brook Court near Worcester.
The marketing company has moved into a 4,728 sq ft suite in Whittington Hall on the site.
Bamboo agreed the deal with real estate asset management specialist Blue Marble Properties on a six-year lease. Blue Marble acted on behalf of landlord The Pemberstone Partnership.
Bamboo said the move was made after its recent purchase of Worcester-based marketing agency Satellite Automotive.
Steve Tweedle, managing director at Bamboo Marketing, said: "The move to Brook Court was an obvious choice to make. We wanted a space that offered us the opportunity to grow as a business, and these premises were exactly what we were looking for.
"It also means we are able to potentially double the size of our current 80-strong team, in turn offering attractive employment opportunities for Worcester and the surrounding area. We're excited about moving into our new home and starting a new chapter for our business."
