Mazars appoints new partner
Ann Bibby has been promoted to partner in the Birmingham office of accountancy firm Mazars.
Her promotion comes as the firm revealed it took on 37 new staff over the last year.
Bibby has nearly 20 years' experience in assisting growing businesses and individuals to manage their tax obligations.
Midlands managing partner David Chapman said: "Ann is highly regarded by all of us at Mazars. She has total command of her sector, is a team player and this promotion is richly deserved."
Chapman added that over the past year, the company has won several major contracts with blue chip clients.
"The team here already works for an expanding list of international and quoted clients including Alstom UK, Manganese Bronze Holdings, Portmeirion Group, Schneider Electric, GeoPost and Arval," he said. "We know Tata well in India and we work for Jaguar Land Rover in the Midlands."
