Randstad moves into Livery Place
Property developer Highcross has let 9,000 sq ft of its Livery Place scheme in Birmingham to HR company Randstad.
Highcross said the letting was a "significant" deal for the city's Business Improvement District.
Joe Curlett, Highcross' senior asset manager, said: "Our latest phase of refurbishment has only just completed and this letting is a testament to the quality of product we have on offer here and bolsters a further letting to Packt Publishing who have also taken occupation within the last few weeks."
Randstad provides HR services to companies throughout the world.
A floor of 9,000 sq ft remains available at the Grade A Livery Place offices, together with a self-contained 5,000 sq ft suite.
Highcross said it has also developed a new Boutique suite offering at Livery Place in response to occupier demand for smaller office units.
