New home for Graham Penny Auctions
Graham Penny Auctions has relocated to larger premises on the corner of St James' Street and The Strand in Derby.
Graham Penny's estates division has also expanded and now occupies the entirety of the company's St James' Street premises.
The company's London auction operation Must Be Sold has also been transferred up to The Strand.
Graham Penny Auctions was founded five years ago and sells property on behalf of private individuals, charities and local authorities. It holds seven auctions a year at Pride Park and last year achieved property sales of more than of £33.3m.
The company's auctions regularly feature on the BBC1 show Homes Under the Hammer.
Director Graham Penny said: "Over the past two years, we have seen a steady increase in our property transactions, despite the current climate.
"We came to a situation where we had to find additional space when the premises on the corner of St James' Street and The Strand became available."
The company's next Derby property auction will take place at Pride Park Stadium on Thursday 13 October.
