Seven units snapped up at Great Western
A homemade Indian food delivery service is one of seven new tenants to have moved into the Great Western Business Park in Worcester.
Trishaz Treats has operations in Birmingham, Solihull, Warwick, Coventry and Leamington Spa and is now expanding into Worcester with a move into the park.
Network Rail and The Jamaican Food Company have also taken between 967 to 10,750 sq ft of space at the site.
Chris Keye of joint letting agent GBR Phoenix Beard said: "Phase one of the industrial estate is now 90 per cent let, and we are certain that phase two which is made up of five newly refurbished units of 2,150 sq ft offered for sale will prove equally attractive to occupiers when released over the coming weeks."
Birmingham Properties Group refurbished the units after purchasing them earlier this year.
