Morgan nets Amorcare scooter sales
A mobility scooter chain co-founded by former Stoke City Football Club player Andy Morgan has reported a rapid rise in sales.
Amorcare Mobility Stores, founded by Morgan and his wife Nicky, specialises in providing scooters and accessories for the elderly and less able.
Morgan said sales of its TGA Breeze scooter had increased rapidly among elderly customers. The company operates from its Newcastle-under-Lyme base, as well as Cannock and Stafford indoor markets.
"Many local people living with restricted mobility are continually discovering the extensive benefits of owning a quality, comfortable and reliable scooter such as one from the TGA Breeze range," he said. "This particularly eye-catching scooter is proving to be one of the most popular in the Newcastle area and the ‘Breeze Brigade’ as they have been nicknamed continues to grow."
Tim Ross, national sales manager for scooter company TGA, added: "Here at TGA we are delighted that our dealer Amorcare is doing so well. Nicky and Andy deliver such a fantastic, caring service which is so important when helping elderly and less able communities."
