Harrison Clark leads £145m transactions

Law firm Harrison Clark has completed 59 deals worth more than £145m in the first half of its financial year.

The firm, which has offices in Worcester, Ross-on-Wye and Hereford, said the results followed a "record-breaking" first quarter.

Transactions included the restructure of The Panther Group and the sale of Eagle House Norfolk & Kestrel School.

Rod Thomas, Harrison Clark's managing partner and head of business services, said: "Once again the results speak for themselves. We are continually expanding the services offered by our corporate legal team in response to the demands of our clients, meaning businesses of all types and sizes can rely on our legal advice.

The firm has also made several promotions in its business services and private client departments.

Suzanne Gilhooly and Lucy Long have been promoted to senior associate, with Jim Phelps and Mary Wathen becoming associates.
