BMI to offer MIPIM flights
Derby-based airline BMI has launched a special service to Nice from East Midlands Airport specifically for the MIPIM conference.
The flights will depart from East Midlands Airport on 6 March 2012 for the real estate conference and exhibition, held in Cannes, and will arrive back on 9 March 2012.
BMI managing director Julian Carr said: "The service will allow businesses in the region to travel from their local airport to one of the most important events in the property calendar.
"We are the only airline to offer this service from East Midlands Airport."
In 2011 the show attracted more than 18,000 participants from across the globe during the four-day event.
BMI will also operate flights to Nice up to five times a week throughout the summer season, starting from 31 March 2012.
