Exco InTouch moves to new office
Biopharma business Exco InTouch has moved to new office premises in Edwalton, Nottinghamshire.
East Midlands property agent Innes England handled the acquisition on behalf of the bio-pharmaceutical communications business involving the lease of 2,650 sq ft of office premises at the Wheatcroft Business Park at Landmere Lane.
Exco chairman Neil Rotherham said: "The business has really expanded in the last few years and we are now ramping up our operational capability in response to rapidly increasing customer demand.
"Our clients already include 16 of the top 20 pharma sponsors and we are growing this list all the time, as well as doing increased amounts of work for our existing customers. This new base allows us to house our existing East Midlands based staff and provide a focus for further recruitment."
Geo Hallam and FHP are joint agents on Wheatcroft Business Park. Gateley LLP solicitors acted for Exco InTouch in the deal.
