Pritchard Group moves forward with Lloyds
Stafford-based property developer Pritchard Group has put new banking facilities in place arranged by Lloyds Banking Group to restructure and change direction.
Pritchard's chairman Fred Pritchard, together with the new chief executive Charles Tippet and a team of professionals, are putting in place the company's new strategy.
The company is regenerating into a property investment and trading group involving a portfolio of commercial and residential properties, as well as completing new developments in joint venture partnerships.
The first development is already under construction by Bovis Homes at St George's Park, Stafford, to create more than 350 new homes and apartments, along with the restoration of the existing building at the site. The next developments will include Avon Plaza and Lakeside Park in Cannock, which are being prepared and evaluated in partnership with other property groups.
Lloyds has been the company's bank for the past 40 years.
