Pochin invests in Leicester
Pochin has invested £400,000 in a new bathroom and kitchen showroom in Leicester.
The new 4,000 sq ft centre will be on William Street and include "dozens" of parking spaces. It is expected to open in October.
In addition, the business will extend and redesign its St George's Way premises, which have been in the city for more than 80 years.
Managing director David Pochin, the sixth generation of the family to lead to company, said: "Pochin has seen many milestones in its long history in Leicester. This new showroom is our history in the making and will be looked back on as a major statement of the company's commitment to this city.
"We are in a competitive market but enjoy many great relationships with our customers.
"To stay at the top we need to invest to create an even greater experience for the consumer. Our new showroom will deliver that, and add momentum to Leicester's retail renaissance."
