Offers in for Fortmere hotels
There have been "a number of expressions of interest" in three of the Fortmere hotels, according to the administrators.
David Bennett and Joe McLean of Grant Thornton UK LLP said offers have been received for the The Ramada Birmingham Hotel and Conference Centre in Oldbury; the Ramada Park Hall Hotel & Spa in Wolverhampton; and the Ramada Warwick Hotel and Conference Centre at Kenilworth.
The hotels are continuing to trade while the offers are under consideration.
Bennett said: "We have just begun the busy autumn season and all three hotels are taking bookings for the forthcoming Christmas period.
"We would like to thank the staff for their continued hard work and dedication to looking after their guests.
"Everyone is totally committed to creating a memorable festive atmosphere in the hotels over the Christmas season."
Fortmere, which also has a property portfolio, is headquartered in Brierley Hill and blamed a decline in the property market for its difficulties.
