Healthy drinks provider Thirsty People has taken the final letting at Upper Bruntingthorpe Industrial Estate in South Leicestershire.

Lutterworth-headquartered Wells McFarlane secured the letting for Thirsty People, which supplies a range of healthy drinks, smoothies, water and other vending drinks to secondary schools and further education colleges.

The letting is said to provide Thirsty People with access to the motorway network which will help it to extend its links across the Midlands and down to the South East.

Tom Hancock, sales director at Thirsty People, said: "The move to Upper Bruntingthorpe has provided an excellent platform for the expansion of our business and we look forward to contuing to grow our workforce, product range and geographical area of operation from this new HQ.

"The team at Wells McFarlane interpreted our requirements precisely and certainly helped made the relocation process run smoothly."

Andrew McFarlane Holt, director at Wells McFarlane, added: "Upper Bruntingthorpe has proven to be extremely popular with the industrial market, largely due to its easy access and amount of open space. As these were high priorities for Thirsty People, it seemed an obvious choice for their relocation. We wish them every success in their new premises."
