ADR acquires Northgate business
Nottingham-based ADR Accident Repair Centres has bought a site from Northgate Vehicle Hire in Warwick.
Northgate disposed of GPS Body Repairs Warwick after a business review of its repair network.
ADR had provided assurance about the future of the GPS employees, said Northgate.
Simon Ridley, Northgate operations director north, said: "Following a recent review it was concluded that, whilst an in house body repair facility very much fits into the Northgate operation and we recognise the efficiencies this can provide, we believe that such a facility is only viable going forward, when situated on site with either a rental or a vehicle sales location, as is the case in Huddersfield and Stockton."
ADR also has sites in Chesterfield and Leicester.
