Easi deal for DCJ
DCJ Group Insurance & Risk Management, a Chesterfield-based insurance and risk management business, has acquired Easi Limited (Evans & Salt Insurance Services and David Slater Insurance Services).
Following the merger, DCJ Group will be able to provide £12m in gross written premiums.
DCJ Group's chief executive David Jones said: "We have been in active discussions regarding working with Easi for some time, and this was the perfect deal for both parties."
Simon Evans, former owner and managing director of Easi, added: "Both businesses share an ethos of delivering excellence in insurance solutions to our clients and therefore complement each other perfectly. We are extremely pleased to be joining DCJ Group."
