GVA’s Birmingham office has made four associate promotions.

Adam Chapman has been promoted to an associate within the automotive and roadside team at the property consultancy while Karen Bode will take on the role of credit control associate. Tom Bourton has been promoted to an associate within the office agency team and John Withers to a rating associate.

Chapman specialises in the motorway service areas (MSA) sector and has recently been responsible for providing valuation and strategy advice to the government for 35 state-owned MSAs.

Ian Stringer, senior regional director of GVA’s Birmingham office, said: "These four promotions reflect the strength, depth and talent within our Birmingham office, which now employs 360 people and turns over in excess of £20m each year.

"Having an outstanding team, with individuals like John Withers, Karen Bode, Tom Bourton and Adam Chapman on board, is key to our continued growth. Each of our new associates brings a range of skills and expertise to the company and we are pleased to be able to recognise their ongoing commitment, whilst also investing in the future of GVA."
