DACS signs up to Ivanhoe
DACS Office Solutions has purchased Unit G5 on the Ivanhoe Business Park in Ashby-de-la-Zouch.
The sale of the 8,800 sq ft site was completed by the Nottingham office of DTZ, acting on behalf of Clowes Developments.
Helen Longstaffe, director of business space at DTZ in Nottingham, said: "Ivanhoe Business Park proved to be the ideal solution to DACS’ accommodation requirements. Its accessible location and pleasant working environment were some of the key selling points.
"Due to their future expansion plans, DACS also has the option to take the adjoining two units at the estate."

Ivanhoe comprises a 29-acre landscaped development which features offices from 2,000 to 50,000 sq ft.
