Leicester site gains two
Two units at Troon Way Business Centre in Leicester have been let by agent Andrew and Ashwell.
Former NSPCC headquarters at Unit S2 on the ten-acre site has been re-let to the Leicester office of 10ZiG Technology.
The technology company is relocating from premises at Frog Island, where it had been based for the past three years. Formerly BOSaNOVA Inc, based in Arizona, 10ZiG develops high-tech network appliances.
Office premises comprising almost 3,300 sq ft have also been let as new headquarters for Associaction Enterprises.
The company is set to relocate from Melton Road in October,
Associaction is an association management company providing support services to membership-based organisations.
Malcolm Grayson, director at Andrew and Ashwell, said: "This spate of lettings demonstrates how keen people are to get business moving. Location and flexibility are key, showing that the better tenants and landlords co-operate the quicker premises can become occupied.”
The site, which is a former government skills centre, comprises 155,000sq ft of commercial space, including industrial units, new-build premises, office accommodation, a crèche and a fitness centre.
