HCB Solicitors expands with Walsall buy
West Midlands law firm HCB Solicitors has acquired a Walsall practice, bringing the number of staff at the firm to more than 100.
HCB, which comprises merged firms Brownings, Harris Cooper Walsh and Sharrotts, has added Hadens Solicitors to its family.
Alongside the Walsall site, the firm now has offices in Solihull, Stratford-upon-Avon, Redditch, Alcester and Lichfield.
Over the past three years, the firm has grown into a multi-partner practice with more than 100 members of staff across the West Midlands.
Hadens has four partners and a staff of 40 across its individual client services and business services divisions.
It specialises in family and employment law as well as conveyancing, dispute resolution, commercial property, credit management, debt recovery and company law.
Mike Gahan, managing partner at HCB, said: "Hadens fits well into our portfolio. It is established in an area which has its own legal complexities.
"HCB is growing quickly because it has a variety of city-trained solicitors and a deputy district judge, all experts in a particular area of the law and each acquisition we make brings something new to the firm. The benefit to the client is that we have a wide range of specialists under one roof."
