A Warwickshire-based IT consultancy and training business has celebrated its tenth anniversary by expanding on the science park from which it was founded.

FGI launched its IT training and project management venture from the University of Warwick Science Park’s Warwick Innovation Centre a decade ago.

The company now employs 29 staff on-site in Warwick and manages 25 training centres across the country.

Anita Jiwan from FGI said: "As well as training and project management, we have also progressively grown our marketing, administration and consultancy operations over the past few years.

"We are expanding our offices within the Warwick Innovation Centre this year."

Jiwan added that the company was "always looking" to enter new industry sectors and international markets.

Karen Aston, centre manager, said: "It is fantastic to see a company that started at the Warwick Innovation Centre reach an important milestone such as this.

"It is equally pleasing that they have chosen the centre as the perfect place to continue to build on their current successes."
