Northern Trust swoops for Cannock site
Property investor Northern Trust has acquired Octagon Business Park in Cannock.
The 15,793 sq ft site, which fronts the A34 Walsall, comprises six blocks arranged as a single terrace as well as Octagon House.
Individual unit sizes on the site range from 1,314 sq ft to 2,602 sq ft.
Tom Parkinson, director at Northern Trust, said: "We are pleased to announce the acquisition of Octagon Business Park, Cannock, adding to our presence in the Midlands region.
"The estate will be managed by our in-house managing agents, Whittle Jones Midlands who celebrated their ten-year anniversary earlier this year and already run Northern Trust’s existing 1.4 million sq ft portfolio in the Midlands."
Northern trust operates about eight million sq ft of space across the country. The purchase price for Octagon Business Park was not disclosed.
